Superb

Classic British BnB in perfect...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast with lots of options and lovely setting in the conservatory. I understand they had cake for returning walkers in the afternoon too but we always missed it. Perfect location in Grasmere close to everything.
Disliked: Sound does carry in this big old house but it was overall a delightful stay. Also only parking for 7 cars which wasn’t enough so we had to park in the pay and display round the corner.

Liked: Great location, great breakfast, friendly staff
Disliked: The noise of creaking floorboards from the room above

Superb place Superb staff

Liked: Superb staff breakfast brill. Homemade flap jack in a morning and homemade lemon drizzle cake in the afternoon super little touch.
Disliked: We was in the star gazers room and the blinds were not working. But the manager sorted it all out. And we was very satisfied.

Liked: Really comfy bed slept like a log - food great and very comfy plenty hot water etc
Disliked: only downside we were over kitchen so kitchen fans woke up when started in the morning…

Liked: The hotel was lovely and in a great location. The highlight was the breakfast and the breakfast room.
