Liked: Location was perfect. Exceptional customer service. Private parking. Fresh cake at reception. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Good choice of refreshments in the room. Nice deep bath.

Liked: The staff were lovely and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel has great style and it was just a really nice place to stay. Fantastic value, compared to some other Lake District hotels.
