Liked: Excellent location. Great old house with tons of charm. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
Disliked: Parking was difficult, including bag drop off. Rooms small, but both of these are to be expected staying in a historic home in the middle of a very old city.

Liked: The property is well kept with a beautiful Victorian charm. It was walking distance to all of downtown St Augustine . The bed was super comfortable and the patio was awesome to sit to have coffee/water or wine. Also the breakfast was SUPER amazing.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was good.

Liked: The savoury part of the breakfast was delicious but I think fresh fruit and possibly yoghurt should be offered. It is almost impossible to buy fresh fruit in St Augustine unless you have a car.Having coffee, cookies and a wine was a special bonus.
Disliked: There wasn't much interaction with other guests when we stayed, even at breakfast time.

Liked: Can’t beat the location. Great value for money. Easy drive to the beaches/state parks if you want to spend time at the beach. We wanted to park and walk around the historic district (our first time visiting) and this was a perfect choice. Excellent dinner/drink choices nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful helping us check-in, and parking the car nearby. Lovely, unique thoughtful breakfast. Delicious cookies! Complimentary wine was a lovely surprise. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch at night with a glass of wine. Very peaceful with minimal noise, and if any, just people walking by enjoying the evening. Wished we could have stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Liked: Loved the location, decor, afternoon cookies and drinks. Disappointed in the breakfast. The coffee was weak and the egg concoctions were not flavorful. The juice, yogurt fruit parfait and coffee cake was excellent.

Liked: The location was perfect, easy walking everywhere we wanted to go but also slightly removed from the busiest areas. The staff were very kind and the breakfast/coffee/drinks provided were lovely.
Disliked: If there’s anything to complain about, breakfast is a little early for vacation mode, it would be great if it went until 10:30 instead of 9:30.
