I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Very courteous and helpful.

Liked: Size of room. Location was excellent.
Disliked: Can’t complain as there was nothing wrong.

Liked: Super clean bathroom, clean room, comfy bed, kind staffs. Location was good for my purpose.
Disliked: Noise. Floor was squeaky and I could hear noises from all over - outside the building, upstairs, next door, ... I could even hear someone snoring during the night. If you are sensitive to noises, probably consider somewhere quieter.

Disliked: Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been improved. Very loud from street traffic, sounded like the windows weren't even there. Had a restless sleep, ear plugs would be a must for future visits

Liked: The property and decor was nice and being close to the Skytrain was one reason we booked here.
Disliked: We made a booking for 5 on Booking.com but when we checked in the room only had two doubles. The hotel had no cots or extra rollaway beds available so my daughter had to sleep on pillows/extra sheets and blankets on the floor for two nights.

Bad location for business professionals

Liked: Staff and hotel was beautiful and clean.
Disliked: There was a shooting right in front of the hotel and I did not know the hotel was located in such a bad part of town. We did not feel safe in that area. There was no desk in the rooms and the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed.

Wonderful stay in downtown Vancouver

Liked: Front desk staff were fantastic, informative, efficient and most helpful - prior to and during check in. Our room and the hotel were very clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were luxurious. Bathroom was gorgeous. Nespresso machine in lobby and in our room was very much appreciated.
Disliked: N/A
