I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Very courteous and helpful.

Liked: There for the third/fourth time. It’s always clean, smells nice, personal is great, hotel design is pretty
Disliked: Noise cancellation is not great. You can hear things happening at night on the street. It is also located near the shelter so that it can be anxiousness in the evenings

Liked: The room and location were great. The staff were so helpful - I arrived early and my bags were stored without any problem and the receptionist took the time to sit down with me and mark out places to visit on a map. I was a little worried about the shared bathroom as a solo female traveller but there were multiple bathrooms available and there were no issues
Disliked: The room was quite warm so I needed the AC unit on in order to keep the room reasonably cool. The AC unit was quite noisy so I did end up getting out of bed a couple of times to turn it on and off

Liked: Beautiful and charming old establishment with very welcoming front of house staff. The room was very spacious, and the beds were super comfortable.
Disliked: It's disappointing that although there was a nice welcoming bathtub, there were no bath salts to enhance the much longed for relaxing soak.
