Chose somewhere close to Anson Rooms. Would most definitely stay again when next in Bristol. One of the friendliest hotels we've stayed in. Lovely room.

Liked: Friendly staff. Good, clean room.
Disliked: No bad points at all.

Superb

Liked: The Hotel is a very lovely building in a peaceful area. Our room was lovely and clean, towels changed daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kettle, ironing equipment, hairdryer, and fan in room. Good location.
Disliked: The tea bags were poor quality, not much tea flavour, also no oat milk in the room.

Great location.

Liked: Location was great in Clifton Village & walking to centre of Bristol.It was good that we could park in hotel carpark.Clean bedroom, great ensuite.
Disliked: The bedroom location, I booked a year in advance & it felt we were in the basement with dog owner rooms.Plus kept awake with the sound of someone walking on floorboards above, & putting a machine on lots of times during the night.We pre booked our breakfast & we were asked what time we wanted it.Breakfast a little chaotic and had to wait 40 mins for it, plus not complete hot or appetising.

We very much enjoyed our...

Liked: The hotel was fantastic value for the money we paid. It was in a very nice location in Bristol and perfect for our needs for staying over for the night after an evening out at a concert in Bristol. All the staff we had contact with were very welcoming and provided us excellent service.
Disliked: The only minor issue was that the breakfast we had could have been a bit warmer when served.
