We will definitely stay here...

Liked: Loved the clean, spacious suite, comfortable bed, free parking and location.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have beverages in the lobby, but that’s a minor thing when you can walk to many coffee shops nearby.

Disliked: A little pricey for Victoria, not sure if restaurant downstairs was part of the hotel, but service there was just okay

If you love the buzz...

Liked: Extremely walkable location making it easy and enjoyable to experience the heart of Victoria. It was impeccably clean - likely one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are also amazing. They are so so kind, polite, and accommodating. The building also takes security very seriously, so we felt tremendously safe in this location. This location also hosts a beautiful view of the harbour.
Disliked: The pillows were awful. We had to buy our own pillows in order to sleep comfortably. It was also loud as the harbour is quite busy - and waves of diesel would often overtake the room during busier times of sea plane flights. Typically we would just close the windows - but there is no air conditioning in this building and it was quite hot and stuffy with the windows closed. Although this wasn’t our favourite olfactory and auditory experience - it was still interesting to experience the buzz of the downtown harbour and be in the midst of all the action.
