Wouldn't stay again - still...

Liked: Had to book somewhere else to stay because of the noise
Disliked: Had to book somewhere else to stay because of the noise, doors slamming, people screaming, walls are paper thin

Disliked: Room was moldy smell and bedding was poor shape. Shared bathroom was in poor shape and very awkward. Room had no ventilation.

Disliked: It says full english breakfast on description, the waitress told us that they havnt served full english since january. The accommodation was clearly housing immigrants, in rooms that were not occupied, as they were sitting on steps to entrance smoking.

Disliked: 2 of the 3 bathrooms were dirty when I got there. These were cleaned after I reported it. I ended up turning the mattress over because it was so lumpy, the other side was OK. Their website said they had an amazing breakfast and there is currently a picture of cooked breakfast on their website, and a cooked breakfast list on the wall but what I actually got was a poor continental breakfast (I asked and was told they don't do cooked breakfast anymore) and dirty cutlery. Just feels like they don't really care. The shower was obviously stood on a pallet, paintwork was damaged, tiling not well finished.

Look before you book and...

Liked: They let us book in early, and the room was clean. It had 3 fairly modern communal bathroom that was clean. So if one was occupied then you’d still be able to shower/use the toilet. There was also lots of parking spaces.
Disliked: The bedroom smelt like a care home. The bed was really uncomfortable and didn’t have a good night sleep as they provided a single thin pillow. The walls were really thin and at 3am you could hear someone going to the toilet and watching the tv really loud. We felt uncomfortable about using the communal shower room due to many other people able to use it. We were also really disappointed about what the breakfast had to offer. In the photos it showed a selection of yoghurts, a cooked breakfast option and mixture of juices (cranberry,orange,apple). However this wasn’t there. You had to pay to use the coffee machine and the orange juice was really watered down and didn’t taste like juice.
