I lived the place and...

Liked: This place is a mom and pop establishment. The owners were very nice and helpful. It is in walking distance to a number of restaurants and stores. I consider the place more of 50's style motel.
Disliked: The room was smaller than average but comfortable. Some of the common areas did show some wear.

Cute property that takes you...

Liked: Great location, very “kitchen” hotel. Think old Florida/Key West vibe. Walking distance to restaurants. Would stay again!

Hotel promotion sounds good, but...

Liked: It was a room very dated and in need of renovation. If you are looking for basic? Then this is for you
Disliked: Room too small, would be ok for a single person. Floor edges weren’t cleaned properly. Furniture dated.
