Good breakfast , very small...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Facilities well decorated,nice common areas, snacks available.
Disliked: Our room was very small. No desk or writing table for lap top. No view or window access.

Don’t go.

Liked: The property is TOTALLY unfit for anyone with mobility problems. All rooms are on the second floor and you have to negotiate steep, narrow stairs to get there. My husband uses a walker. He can do some steps. But not this. Nothing in the ads explained how limited the room access is. We immediately sought out the owner to cancel. Unavailable. While trying to reach her I had to scramble to find another 2 rooms (friend driving with us) and that cost $400. Owner never talked to me,(tried 5 times) and refused any refund. So not a good experience, and a shame since I seek out non-chain places to stay to support local business. This was ugly.
Disliked: The property is ok. The logistics and accountability are awful.

Most amazing b and b...

Liked: It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The food and beverages were great. The in keeper was so warm. I wish she was part of my family! The downstairs was beautiful. We sat in the living room and had coffee for a while. I loved the charm of the house. It was the large baseboards, big windows, and beautiful wallpaper that I love. It was not cluttered like some B and Bs can be! It was perfect. All the staff was very nice from the inkeeper to the cleaning lady. The breakfast service was impeccable. Eggs were cooked perfectly! The fresh fruit was good, and the coffee cake peach cobbler thing was fantastic.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was their smaller room. It had a few chairs in it that I felt cluttered the room, but I can see how some guests really need the chairs. Just personal preference, I would go with smaller chairs so the bathroom door could close more easily in the kika room, as it bumped into one of the chair when you close the bathroom door. But the chairs were extremely comfortable.

Liked: This is our second visit to the Victoria Inn B&B. It is just such a beautiful old house, nicely finished, beautifully decorated, safe neighborhood, with shops, park, and restaurants nearby. Parking on the property is a bonus. Breakfast is always a delicious treat. The owners are so accommodating and friendly, you could not ask for a nicer place or better treat.
Disliked: I really do not have anything negative to say about this place.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful, delicious and our hostess was friendly and helpful Letting us know how to get where we wanted to go. It was a perfect meeting place for us sisters!!

Exceeded our expectations of a...

Liked: The owners Jeff and Vicke are exceptional people, very accommodating and will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The facility is this beautiful old building very tastefully finished, and very clean. Breakfast was very delicious. I just can’t say enough. My wife and I are making plans to spend more time in Erie and this will be our home away from home. I didn’t notice any handicap ramps, not to say that they don’t have provisions for someone with special needs. I just don’t know. You should ask.
Disliked: We have nothing to complain
