Liked: Excellent position.
Disliked: The room was not serviced regularly, even though daily housekeeping was clearly listed at the time of booking. At reception they even ask whether you want daily service, as if it were optional. For a 3-star hotel, I consider daily cleaning the bare minimum, yet I had to complain several times because for two days in a row no service was done.

Disliked: The receptionist's style is objectionable, it so happened that the courtyard was included in the pictures of the accommodation, that's why we chose this accommodation, later when we went out to eat in the courtyard, he said that it belongs to the staff and that we should leave, while I indicated that I saw it in the pictures, the answer was that those were not relevant pictures. There is no possibility to sit down to eat dinner or breakfast, or to smoke a cigarette, that could only be done on the street.

Disliked: Where to start,We had a basement room that smelt of damp throughout our entire stay.The shower room inner door handle was hanging off with Loose screws showing.This meant we couldn't close the door whilst using the toilet, not that we could have anyway as it was an ill-fitting door for the frame.The window didn't open and extractor fan didn't work.The tv remote was non existent until we asked staff for one, where their response was, "try this one".The door to the room was also ill fitting and didn't seem completely secure.I wish I'd taken more photos to show how bad it was but unfortunately I didn't think about it at the time.
