Liked: Kids loved the pool area which is small enough that it's easy to keep an eye on your kids while playing. The room was a blast as well. Always enjoy our time here. Definitely will be returning.

Liked: The pool.
Disliked: Was told the restaurant would be opened it wasn?t. Was not stir sticks etc in room shower was extensively hot and got burned. And the pool was limited hours I called the day before and I was only told 45 minutes time with 25 people. I was not told it was only open 12-7:45and I have a child I was trying to keep busy so that was made extremely annoying. Not having a restraunt open is not cool SHOULDVE told me on the phone. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the restaurant and pool rather dissapointing.

Liked: The breakfast was closed due to
COVID Which really sucks. It would be nice if the price was reflected (less) especially when travelling with the family.
Very satisfied that efforts are being made to
keep the pool area open during COVID.
Disliked: The hot water that comes out of the tap is EXTREMELY HOT, this is very concerning for small children. The queen size bed / mattress is broken on the Left side (standing at the Foot - looking at the bed). The shower water pressure is very low.

Unacceptable, rooms should have heaters...
Liked: The worker at the vlts/bar was very friendly.
Disliked: For the 2nd tome renting a room there, we had problems with the heat, and the TV. Upon talking with manager they informed that there was nothing they could do as we did not book directly through the hotel. Stayed in cold honeymoon suite with a TV that charged for a move upon trying to turn off in the morning.
