Don’t expect privacy!

Liked: Big room.
Disliked: We were not informed that our room wasn’t facing the parking lot. Concerned about our vehicle. There were security on every floor at every exit. Watching us. It felt intrusive and awkward to be watched coming and going. We felt that we didn’t have our privacy as the security was a few feet away from our door. And he/she watched which room we went into. We felt that they may be listening by the door. So we did not enjoy our stay. Privacy was definitely ruined.

The hotel is good but...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Location is good. In general, my staying in this hotel was pretty good.
Disliked: The personal is incompetent. Bad attitude towards customers. I booked the room for my daughter,it was already paid. But when the daughter came there they didn’t want to give her a room and I had to call them at night to figure out this situation. I don’t understand it. I’ve been using Booking for many years and such situation I faced the first time.
