Liked: The staff are welcoming and provided excellent service.
Disliked: I stepped on broken glass in my room. The housekeeping staff brought a vacuum to the room quickly.

Too much pool

Liked: Our dog friendly room was near the patio of the restaurant which allowed us to leave her in the room and still hear her. The restaurant was decent enough too. Room was a good size.
Disliked: Our room was on the 'pool side'. Note we did not feel this was an upgrade as this is an indoor pool and small play area. The pool was open from 9:00-11:00pm! Small kids were in swimming at 7:30am. It was noisy. The focus is on the pool at this place.

Liked: You could access the pool area from a patio door in our room. I thought that was great. The pool area is indoor, so there was no sunlight coming in to wake us in the morning but we had very close access to the parking lot right across the hall.
