Liked: Pool area and staff. The kids love this place. Family friendly.
Disliked: Cleanliness - could be a bit cleaner. The facilities are starting to show their age.

Great staycation

Liked: The hotel has always been clean and tidy, and this stay was no different. It was quiet as our room was on the upper floor, where you needed keycard for access. The room was spacious enough for the two of us. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: pool can be a bit busy at times as there are usually a lot of families staying at this hotel.

Never again

Disliked: The checking in process was so bad. I have to have a credit card just for a deposit which was never explained to me before I checked in. I was placed in a room way in the corner of the building next to the exit door so I heard a lot of people coming and leaving and slamming the door. Also there were people arguing and screaming down the wall from my room and also a homeless guy hanging out by the back door. Also the location was very unpleasant.

Liked: Room was spacious, my son loved the swimming pool and the water slide, and staff are good and excellent customer service.
Disliked: Nothing to complain.
