Beautiful room and a great...

Liked: Great location. The manager and her team were really friendly and helpful (to us and our dog). Beautiful decor and furnishings in the room (felt very lux)and the bar and restaurant and garden also fab
Disliked: The on-site parking can be a bit of a challenge when they are busy (we were there over a weekend), but we managed to park each time - and it’s worth it!

Friendly hotel with good food...

Liked: Lovely hotel tastefully decorated in all communal areas and rooms. Excellent food at breakfast and evening meal with plenty of choices.
Disliked: Staff were very welcoming and helpful making you feel very comfortable. Hotel in a great location with views of the Menai straights

Lovely enjoyable 1 night stay...

Liked: Design location & staff the refurbished hotel and gardens are excellent. The view from the room was amazing too. Definitely come back.
Disliked: Our room was above the kitchen a bit noisy. But all went quiet after they’d gone home.

Liked: Lovely property. Well located. Parking available.Good restaurant and bar.
Disliked: Issues with warm water in the morning. Not sure if this is typical as I was only there 2 days and only experienced on the second day.Lots of stairs and no elevator... So if stairs are a problem for you try to get a lower room.

Liked: Very charming place. Good breakfast options.
Disliked: If you have trouble with stairs be sure to ask for a lower room as there is no elevator.Delay in hot water for showering on my last (second) day.
