Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel is on top of a pub, therefore very loud at night. The room was old and not well maintained (the duvet cover had seen better days, it was so discoloured it was fraying)

Disliked: Couldn't book in until after 4pm. When my son and brother went to check in they were told the bar was closed on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We had booked for a Wednesday. It was very disappointing as we had arranged to meet family there to have a catch up as we hadn't seen them for many years. Therefore had to change plans with them all last minute. We had come from England. I personally never saw any staff until we were leaving the next morning, when three of them ran downstairs to collect the key.
