Disliked: still remodelling going on (which we were aware of)elevator (only 1 working) was slowthe temporary dining room was awful, no atmosphere, loud, bright....... not worth the effort. all the remodeled spaces are very nice so I'm sure when its finished it will be excellent

Nice room But Poor Cleanliness...
Liked: Bed, shower, and lighting
Disliked: TV was outdated—not a smart TV, just basic cable with poor picture quality. My room was near the main road, so there was some noise even with the window closed, but it wasn’t unbearable. The cleanliness was disappointing. The shower walls had hair from previous guests, the floor had crumbs and nail clippings, and the table had water spots. The coffeemaker was dirty, the bathroom toilet door had spills, and the floor had white stains. It was clear the cleaning wasn’t thorough.Additionally, there was remodeling going on, which meant constant grinding and pounding noises. The main elevator was under construction, so they had a small temporary elevator that barely fit three people. Parts of the building were boarded up with drywall, and the restaurant seemed to be moved into a conference room. I didn’t even bother trying the buffet due to how unappealing it looked. Finally, the staff disrupted me every day twice a day by knocking on my door, once at 9 AM and again at 5 PM, claiming they were "just making rounds." It was intrusive and ruined my rest. For all the inconvenience from construction and the poor cleanliness, the rates should be much lower.
