Comfortable place to stay in...

Liked: Free parking for customers. Good location at the edge to the city. A bit of walking required to get the Wellington Central but not too far.
Disliked: The property insists on charging a surcharge of 2.5% above the advertised tariff for all credit and even overseas debit card transactions. All tourists from overseas would not have a local NZ bank card for EFTPOS. This fact is not(but should be) clearly advertised on Booking.com. Cleaning staff tended to shout loudly at each other across the carpark in the mornings when cleaning the rooms. Not great if you’re trying to catch up on your holiday sleep. Room amenities - knives, pots & pans very minimal & basic.
