Liked: Location and helpful staff and 24 hrs staff
Disliked: Need to walk to reach taxi, a bit difficult if need to drag luggages. But staff is informative

This was the perfect place...

Liked: Super central location. Room size was good for the 3 of us. With the balcony doors shut it wasn’t very noisy. Cute hotel.
Disliked: Scrambled eggs could have been fluffier.

Overall disappointed with our experience...

Liked: The location was centrally located to all the sites we wanted to visit while in Madrid.
Disliked: The staff members were moderately helpful but didn't seem to go beyond the basics. Our shower head and room refrigerator were broken and when i asked them to be fixed they were not. The room had no amenenities such as tea kettle, coffee or toiletries. The main lobby had areas of disrepair and the breakfast was in an unventilated basement with no attendant and dirty dishes still remaining on the tables.
