Very poor

Liked: Good location if you want bars etc but no cars in the street so expect to walk with cases. Room basic but clean.
Disliked: Staff unfriendly and not v helpful. Someone walked into our room at 1am, they didnt care. Rm 31p Next to staff stock cupboard and they seemed to do most their work 1am to 8am and v noisy. Impossible to shower as nowhere to put shower head on the wall. Do not recommend.

Liked: Excellent location. Within walking distance to shops, dining and the Metro. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were on the top floor so only had a small window that looked directly onto the roof. I'd definitely ask for a different floor next time. Would have been nice to be able to watch the activity outside.

Overall a wonderful location!

Liked: location was great. Close to Sol metro and walkable to all the major attractions, shopping, cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: the noise outside at night can get very loud. you can hear people from the window till 6 in the morning.

Liked: The staff were very good. Great location. The only issue was that there was quite a bit of noise from the pubs in the street below at night.

Pleasant

Liked: Noisy location (room 104). Revellers to the early hours and early start for the morning clean-up.The first time we've breakfasted in a nightclub!Not enough choice of fruit or hot buffet items. The staff were prompt to replenish the buffet though.We booked a double or twin room and ended with all of the above, making a generous room smaller.The light switches were subsequently behind the pillows in the double bed as it had been moved to accommodate the 2 single beds.The shower was over the bath and on first use I banged my head on the tiled beam. The tiles on the beam were the same colour as the rest of the room.I had to stoop to avoid the beam while taking further showers.Unfortunately I would not recommend.
