Liked: Very central, close to Victoria and Pimlico tube stations. Rooms were comfortable, clean, had air conditioning. Tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board, hair dryer ect.

We enjoyed our stay!

Liked: We loved that the hotel is at the center of London and we could go almost everywhere on foot...the hotel is very clean and the stuff absolutely friendly. We will definitely come again.
Disliked: The first day the water wasn't warm, but later in the evening was warmer. Maybe that happened only that time, so in general it didn't affect our experience.

Liked: The location was good, near 2 metro stations and in a not too busy area in belgravia.
Disliked: We had a room on the 4th and there were no escalators. Also the room was really small, the bathroom door could not fully open because the bed was too close (and there was no room for the bed to be moved further away).
