Good apart from too small...

Liked: Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and location ideal for us.
Disliked: The room we were given was a bit too small: the bed had to be positioned right against the wall and we had a skylight style window, not what the viewing photos showed! This meant no bedside table and one of us had to slide down the bed to use the toilet in the night!

Lovely stay in London

Liked: A very cute cozy hotel located in a lovely central neighborhood. The rooms were a bit small but renovated and very clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The walls of the rooms were a bit thin and you could hear the house cleaning when they were in the next room vacuuming for example, or the people snoring in the next room. Otherwise it was very quiet.

Disliked: Room was very small didn’t like that one side of bed was up against the wall !! Made it awkward getting in and out for my husband!!
