Liked: The location was good, near 2 metro stations and in a not too busy area in belgravia.
Disliked: We had a room on the 4th and there were no escalators. Also the room was really small, the bathroom door could not fully open because the bed was too close (and there was no room for the bed to be moved further away).

Liked: Great reception staff, friendly and helpful. Good location.
Disliked: Shower floods, room was small and not very clean. No fan in shower.

Liked: Was originally apprehensive as it wasn't the usual big hotel but quickly I realised its a hidden gem - beautiful hotel will absolutely be staying the next time I am in London
