Liked: Clean rooms and okay decor
Disliked: Huge amount of noise lots of banging and moving objects from 4am interrupting sleep. Given a twin room on ground floor not a double

Would happy return and stay

Liked: Comfortable room and friendly staff. We appreciated the free water bottles and biscuits!Our safe wouldn't open properly following their directions but the staff provided us with a key for it. Also the window did not open, possibly painted shut? Our first night we woke very hot several times during the night and we couldn't get our thermostat to cool at all. Got help with thermostat next day, then everything was perfect.Safe neighborhood and very walkable. Loved the proximity to 2 underground stations.
