Superb

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised with our stay, reviews seemed mixed, but given the location and the recent remodel of the hotel it was quite a nice stay. Small, but perfect for what it was.

Staff were pleasant but noise...

Liked: The location was great & it was very clean but we would never revisit because of the noise
Disliked: It was terribly noisy from people coming past the front desk & also very noisy from people in the room above our room.

Disappointed, overpriced but clean and...

Liked: The staff was very kind and understanding, reasonable clean and good location.
Disliked: The room was set up into an alcove with a small sofa bed and then a double bed on the other side of the room. I had ordered two beds and they gave me an uncomfortable sofa as a bed. They have no seating area outside the room and no seats in the room. The room is useable but totally overpriced and definitely not 4 stars quality. If you are reading this please go stay at a bigger hotel get more for your hard earned money.

Really great, clean, friendly and...

Liked: The hotel was brilliant. Smelt lovely, ultra modern, and very comfortable. Despite the odd poor review (you can’t please everyone!), don’t let it put you off. It’s great value for money for what you get, and it was genuinely just lovely.The staff were great, very smart and attentive which gives you confidence in the place.
Disliked: I wouldn’t say there was anything I disliked. If I was being extra picky. I would say the only mirror is on the wardrobe and there was no plug socket near it but that is me splitting hairs
