Stayed one night to see a show at Lincoln Theater. Hotel very well located.

Liked: Lobby area; rooms were comfortable; shower very nice and rooms well appointed.
Disliked: No blow dryer in the room.

Super nice to stay at.

Liked: Great location; large, comfortable room; LOVED champagne/happy hour. Will definitely visit again!
Disliked: No extractor fan in bathroom.

Lovely hotel with spacious bedrooms...

Liked: The location was exactly what we were expecting, a short walk to all the sights we wanted to see . The rooms were good size and had a large bathroom with a great shower .. only down fall was breakfast wasn’t available . There’s a small cafe in the hotel lobby but no real seating area. Staff were very friendly and polite.
Disliked: No breakfast available to sit and eat together. There’s plenty outside of the hotel about a ten minute walk. There’s a pool on the roof and bar but they were closed while we were there.. would have been nice to use the bar on the terrace . We were there in march.

A very attractive hotel waiting...

Liked: Good location and clean rooms. The hotel looks great and ready to receive many happy guests!
Disliked: It was very quiet, not many guests and it therefore lacked the vibe that we were looking for. The hotel has a beautiful terrace and bar, but there were just no guests to enjoy it… I hope busier times are coming!

Liked: The room was huge, and staffs were all very friendly. It has been great experience and convenient with valet parking service (although that is a bit costly). There are a few USB-A ports for charging your device. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood in downtown area. Most attractions are within 20-30 minutes walking.

Second stay at this property,...

Liked: Great location for dining and strolling, White House a 20-30 minute walk through nice areas. Room was great, nice size, the bed very comfortable and the black out curtains were amazing. Liked having the coffee maker in the room and fridge was useful.
Disliked: Sink did not drain properly, took forever, bathroom floor was really cold for barefoot, like really cold. People should be reminded not to hold conversations in the hallways, very easily heard a few conversations. A sign saying please be quiet in hallways would be useful, seen it in other hotels.

Impressive location with just a...

Liked: The property was convenient to Whole Foods, Sweetgreens, Walgreens, vida (gay) gym and a number of other places. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was big. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly
Disliked: The state-of-the-art gym is not the best and unfortunately the pool and rooftop are closed (shouldn't you charge less of a "resort fee" if that is the case?)

Liked: I requested a quiet room at time of booking but this was not honored probably due to late check in but was moved for nights 2-5 which was perfect. Not a great start but the new room made up for exceptionally noisy 1st night.
