Liked: Great location, nice decor and a great room which was an upgrade
Disliked: A few things just left it falling short of what it could be. Rooftop- needed more service up there. It was often busy but with no bar or coffee facilities. Left it feeling a bit flat. Also the pool could have been heated a little more. Facilities in room- no glassware in rooms, not even to house a toothbrush or have a glass of water. Had to call to get something and then it was plastic or paper. This felt like it cheapened the whole experience. Pillows- very hard and uncomfortable and we asked to swap them and they said that wasn?t an option. I actually woke with terrible neck ache. No bar or lounge area with facilities left the hotel feeling very soulless which was a shame.
