Great visit to an amazing...

Liked: Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Location is good, just a mile from the river. Close to some good restaurants and bars...and a lot of high end shops.
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely hotel

Liked: Great location and really good service. Our coffee machine stopped working after couple of days and was replaced on the same day with extra coffee pods.Great people work in this hotel!

Comfortable and Great DT Chicago...

Liked: Great location with walkability to the Magnificent Mile, restaurants and to Lake Michigan. Bar and restaurant on the property were great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large.
Disliked: A bit fed up with the extra daily 'amenity' and 'resort fee' charges for hotels that aren't resorts. It has a outdoor pool (didn't use) and a typical exercise room (also didn't use), so extra fees are a waste of money and for nothing special.

Liked: Our room was amazing.
Disliked: The pool closes at 5 pm every day. Kids were not allowed to eat at the rooftop restaurant. There was no food, drinks during the day at the pool , or even a bathroom on the pool level. Also the pull out couch is very uncomfortable.
