Liked: Ms Roset is so kind and great to speak to. Probably the best about this hotel after the Steam room.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the Steam room was out of order because some guests flushed some wipes down the WC, therefore, causing pipe issues. I wonder why people do these things … Not the hotel s fault, of course.

Liked: Ideal rooms in an ideal location—just minutes from the Metro station. The staff were helpful and made the stay even better.
Disliked: Everything about our stay was perfect—except that there were no blinds on the front-facing windows. Aside from that, we had a great experience.
