Great location, comfortable and friendly...

Liked: Very comfortable modern hotel within walking distance of Town Hall station and Darling Harbour. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The fact that I only booked it due to having an offer of a free room upgrade through booking, and the hotel says that you didn't say anything to them and therefore I didn't get the offer for the only reason I booked the room

Great location, friendly staff, very...

Liked: Staff, location and cleanliness was amazing. The room was also very quiet, we did not hear any noise from other apartments at any time.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, not that they were too hard or soft, just lacking support maybe. They also moved whenever you did, be careful with the wheels or you will roll across the room when you sit down
