Liked: Excellent location, my booking was upgraded to a room with view by the reception staff without me asking, welcoming spacious lobby, great restaurant with knowledgeable sommelier
Disliked: The gym is very small and under-equipped for those wanting a good workout

Liked: Great location and the room was a reasonable size
Disliked: Staff were rude. Our fridge wasn’t working so they moved us to another room that literally faced 2 buildings. One an office block that a flight of stairs and desks were looking straight into our window. We were staying for 5 days and when I told them this they suggested I upgrade to a suite. Most hotels would offer this as part of customer service. Rubbish wasn’t emptied for 2 days so had to ask and hot water didn’t work well in the shower.

Comfort in Subiaco

Liked: Location - shops and restaurants within walking distance. I need a place to stay temporarily while my apartment is being restored.
Disliked: A bit overpriced.

Liked: Location. View. Amenities. Fabulous hotel.
Disliked: No blankets or quilts for trundle bed despite asking multiple times. Got a twin share with trundle bed and every time they reset the room - only 2 sets of everything. With the third bed, we thought it was obvious there was a third person staying. Had to remind them every single day. Same with cups / saucers etc.
