Our stay was great, location...

Liked: Location is very convenient to metro, train & shops.
Disliked: Parking is quite a journey you enter on level 6, then drive round and round to level 2.

Liked: Good location convenient and friendly staff
Disliked: Was not the cleanest, carpet has stains throughout the room and the futon bed was not the comfiest

Liked: Location, cleanliness and easy access
Disliked: I was not informed that they would not be providing an invoice at checkout. I was travelling for work and am a $1000 out of pocket. I have emailed the team three times now and no reply. This is unacceptable especially for a hotel touting itself as a 'business centre'. Room was loud with a rattling aircon and hot water was on a variable cycle making it variableWont stay again

Great hotel - most comfortable...

Liked: The staff went out of their way for me to check in early. It was so comfortable and quiet that I had the best sleep in a long time. I really rated this hotel
Disliked: Just the parking was not suitable for a van, too high to fit
