Good for short stay

Liked: Very secure once inside. Close to the City trams & train. Nice tea selection. Clean room. Close to shops & lots of food options. Glazed windows kept train & street noise out very well.
Disliked: Flinders St at night did not feel safe as a woman travelling alone. Staff did advise approaching hotel from the north at certain times of the night

Liked: Have stayed here before and was great as last time, Always friendly staff, super clean room, great view! Also the new rooftop bar is VERY nice!!
Disliked: Only thing that had changed that I was unhappy about it the breakfast menu has been removed and replaced with a buffet.

Good location,but sometimes things go...

Liked: Breakfast was good value for money @$25, Staff were friendly and helpful but it was Clearly not going well , beds were really good, but that’s it.
Disliked: No end of trouble with door card access had to get cards re-scanned nearly every time, smoke alarm went off early hours one morning and we had to evacuate half dressed. There was no compensation for this. The rooms were booked through third-party and misrepresented did not get what I paid for would not have stayed there had I of known what was on offer. There is the ability to make this place really special but based on my experience and not having the above Concern address or Any compensation offered, I won’t be back or recommending it to my staff for my business in the future
