Relaxing and refreshing

Liked: A great place to recuperate after our Three Capes Track adventure. Facilities were clean and very comfortable. A good location to explore the sites and surrounds of Hobart.

Great Vibe

Liked: The room was very clean. Beds are comfortable. The staff were very accommodating.
Disliked: No parking. $25 a night to park in woolworths car park.

Exceptional

Limited breakfast, no drinking water...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: They do not provide even 1 bottle of water when you check in the hotel. I have travelled the world and have not seen any 4-5 star hotel not providing drinking water with compliments.The breakfast was included in our stay. When we went, there was no laid buffet but just order 1 drink and 1 main course dish. Rest any other order was payable. Not expected like this.No help from bell boy or staff to handle the luggage.
