Great location right on the...

Liked: Fantastic river view from our room. The room was clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. Great central location right near Cavill Ave.
Disliked: Can't fault anything about this hotel.

Very good

Liked: Beautiful views and good coffee. Great location. Have stayed in the past and will be back again in the future. I would have liked the option to stay on the same floor as my friends, but I guess we would all need to book together.
Disliked: Parking was sold out even though I had requested it when I booked. Also the shower is not great, the cieling touched my head and i'm not even 6ft tall.

Great location, very rundown property.

Liked: Location was excellent, great views from ocean view room.Very well priced but there are reasons for that.
Disliked: No parking, have to park across the road in shopping centre carpark at $36 a day.Carpets dirty and two single beds pushed together which kept coming apart. Needs a complete renovation as quite old. Balcony was filthy with very uncomfortable chairs.Very noisy at nighttime as glass doors and windows are not soundproof.
