Very good

Liked: Great location with lift access to the bridge to the main part of town right near my room. Room was very quiet and private.
Disliked: Check in process was very slow and room service took an extraordinary amount of time to be delivered due to poor communication between reception and kitchen.

Liked: Close to everything.
Disliked: Room only cleaned every third day. Towels didn’t dry so had to keep asking for more.Hotel needs a bit of a refresh.

Liked: Entry and reception was very good. Decorative features and indigenous explanations good. Location in the heart of the leisure precinct. Loved the bottle of wine! Thank you!
Disliked: Pool has a few marks on the bottom. Maybe more staff in the kitchen as supplies ran out a few times
