Liked: Easy walk to Canberra Airport, room service was great, very clean, modern, and comfortable.

Not quite right

Liked: The view of the mountains, the architecture of the building, nice music on arrival, Great furniture in lobby & spacious apartment. Nice mini bar, friendly staff. They at least tried to accomodate us, even if it didn't quite meet expectations.
Disliked: The airport so close, the aircon hard to control, the facilities shut early & the Indians running the place are cheap & understaffed. They under quoted & overcharged. Food was ordinary & not much on offer. Sat night was dead. carpark far from entry, apartment is expensive but looks cheap, and dirty. Location is far from city. Long wait line at front desk, don't answer their phone, rooms were not opening, numerous guests had trouble entering their room on check in & they blamed it on the heat of the sun! The smallest kettle u have ever seen, my hubby couldn't find it & no furniture on balconies as it is too cold to sit out there. The outdoor balcony was shared with both neighbours next door, only a small barrier that Somone could step over, security risk. Small breakfast buffet. Argumentative when charge was queried after check out.

Liked: Room was great, had the best steak ever in the dining area. staff were excellent.

Liked: It was a very nice place to stay, staff were wonderful, enjoyed dinner, breakfast was a bit cold, bacon rubbery, aside from that thankyou.
