Exceptional

Perfection... I will be back!!

Liked: The room was perfect! Different to something I have stayed in before, however exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back!
Disliked: I didn't have enough time to enjoy the hotel more :(

Good

Disliked: Parking facilities for such a nice hotwere horrible. Walk in the rain around the block to a warehouse separate from the hotel to park. Unfortunately, that will prevent us from ever using this hotel again.Also, the menu in the restaurant was very limited for both meals.

Will return, next time in...

Liked: Have stayed here previously, and was impressed. Hence return stay !
Disliked: 2 nights here. After first night, no Room Service…….just clean towels left on bed (not placed in Bathroom !) Wet towels removed; bins emptied. Nothing else attended to ……beds, cups, etc. Stay in Hotels regularly, and Rooms always Serviced. State of room on return yesterday, only criticism. Front of House staff, and Restaurant staff, exemplary. Housekeeping ?? Not so much !

Disliked: Coffee cups where not clean but that was fixed

Liked: Comfortable, clean, friendly/helpful staff. Happy hour from 4-6pm daily. Cafe open early daily
Disliked: Location wise it is in a quieter part of town

it was lovely i 100%...

Liked: i liked how lovely the rooms were, how nice the staff are and how relaxed, quiet and just lovely the property was the location was overall so lovely and nice and quiet
Disliked: there’s nothing i didn’t like i loved it all.
