Very good

Liked: Rooms appeared clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The staff immediately resolved a thermostat issue we had in our room, and we did not have to wait in our room for service. Location was close to our event and convenient to parkways.
Disliked: The shower water pressure was low and we actually ran out of hot water the first day. Days 2 through 3 were a bit better. We also had an uninvited "visitor" in the refrigerator area of the room leading me to believe the room was not as clean as it appeared.

Disliked: My room was cold even with the thermostat being accessible to us.

Relaxing, enjoyable stay!

Liked: Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was large and clean. Optional breakfast was wonderful with omelets made on request by the chef.
Disliked: While encouraged to use the online request form, at checkout, a person at the front desk told me that a call to the front desk always works best so that they can address any concerns immediately.

Disliked: Could hear loud footsteps from the room above

Overall great, but would caution...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. I highly recommend it!
Disliked: I got food poisoning from the restaurant. I don't know from what exactly, but only 30 minutes after I ate, I had diarrhea.
