Liked: Very social hostel, friendly hosts, great location near the zocalo, good central area for people to hang out. Planned socials makes it easy to meet people.
Disliked: Can't think of much

Simple but nicely done private...

Liked: Lovely setting and lovely communal terrace area. Simple but nice paid for breakfast and free drinking water. Comfortable bed!! Good location
Disliked: Shower pressure wasn’t great but think that’s common in Mexico. There is no AC just a tower fan in the double room, AC would be better for a more restful sleep.Door to room didn’t seem too secure

Beautiful space - try and...

Liked: beautiful property, especially the open space, We booked the deluxe twin room which is a lovely high ceiling room. Good food to order: nachos and guac, the burger, the eggs avocado breakfast (don't order the chicken tacos)Lovely staff, great price, and great Lucha Libre excursion - would highly recommend.
Disliked: The biggest problem for us was the fact that our room overlooked the road/path at the front. And for 2 or 3 nights in a row you are waken up by street cleaning, non-stop very loud noise between 4am-5am. Industrial jet washing of the street - it was utterly ridiculous and laughable. It would be good if the hostel warned us about this and was transparent about it as they must be aware. The deluxe room would also benefit from a simple ceiling or floor fan. It gets hot and at night you can't sleep with the balcony doors open unless you want to be woken up by the (unnecessary) nocturnal pavement jet washers. This was the only issue here and we just accepted it in the end like most people will.Also pretty sure I read rules about no noise after 11pm. This definitely wasn't enforced by staff on Karyoke night - there was lots of loud noise going on inside and outside the hostel (underneath our window) till midnight. This only happened one night out of three.Wifi in our bedroom was really hit and miss so don't rely on that.

Liked: Great atmosphere, great vibes, amazing location, over all fun place. Ac worked well, social aspect was amazing. activities are well planned. Hosts are amazing.
Disliked: door lock was clunky, my chilaquiles was too salty.

Liked: The place had a great vibe.
Disliked: The location was sketchy. The room I stayed in had no window and wasn't ventilated. It was hot, especially at night. Not worth the money I paid.
