Disliked: I liked everything at the hotel, but one unpleasant situation ruined my whole vacation, when we checked into the room at the reception they asked us to leave a deposit of 100€, which they were supposed to return to us if everything in the room was safe and sound, they explained to us that such are the rules of the hotel, although I see such rules for the first time, when we left the hotel no one returned the 100€ to us, they did not explain the reason, they do not answer SMS and email either. As a result, instead of 200€ for the room we paid 300 (((( A terrible situation, we will never stay in this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone

Stressful and disappointing stay that...

Liked: We were misled by the listing. It advertised a suite with three beds, but we arrived to find only a double bed and a sofa bed in what turned out to be a hostel room, not a suite. The extra beds brought in were stained and dirty, making them unusable. We had to move furniture ourselves to accommodate our children. The room was scratched and poorly maintained, and a €100 deposit was charged without prior notice. The only positive was José, a staff member who was helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, the overall experience was stressful and not suitable for families.
Disliked: The accommodation was completely misrepresented. It was advertised as a suite but turned out to be a hostel room with insufficient beds for our family. The extra beds provided were dirty and stained, totally unacceptable. The room itself was scratched, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. We were unexpectedly charged a €100 deposit that was never mentioned in the booking. Having to move furniture ourselves just to create sleeping space added to the stress. This experience did not match what was promised on the listing, and it was deeply disappointing,g, especially for a family trip. Basic standards of cleanliness and honesty were not met.
