Liked: It felt safe
Disliked: The tv was hard to operate and it was very limited offerings. The ac was turned off and u had to call down to the desk to get it turned on. The shower leaked. It was in a weird area.

Very comfortable hotel, good location...

Liked: Extremely comfortable hotel very near Barcelona Sants station, great for train arrival from the airport and ongoing train travel. But otherwise not a great location for enjoying Barcelona. We took Ubers and taxis most places. The standard of comfort within the hotel is very high, geared to American expectations we felt.
Disliked: Location in relation to Barcelona sights.

Thoroughly recommend

Liked: The staff were exceptional, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, so friendly and willing to help. The room was really comfortable and felt fresh and light. The bathroom, in particular, was brilliant (the shower was fantastic)! The location was very handy and even though it was in quite a busy area, you wouldn't have known it, the room itself was very quiet.
Disliked: It would have been lovely to have had a pool area (but I believe that's coming soon).
