Liked: The room was much smaller than I expected. The bed was a double Queen which we had to share. Their bathroom was roomy and very well laid out. If I travelled alone, the room might have been a bit more adequate but for double occupancy; it was just too tight. Nelson and Marie went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. Sophia on the other hand needs to learn more customer care skills. I forgot my newly purchased Apple watch and they took the initiative to deliver it to me at the Airport on time . That was a truly excellent gesture.
Disliked: The smallness of the room. Being a claustrophobic, size of a room is very important to me. The reviews I read that made me choose the hotel portrayed the rooms as sizable. And our first day experience with a rigid staff like Sophia truly put me off

Disliked: The tv was hard to operate and it was very limited offerings. The ac was turned off and u had to call down to the desk to get it turned on. The shower leaked. It was in a weird area.
