Disliked: Rooms small

Liked: Right next to Sants, very nice staff and the room was very comfortable. Excellent shower. Breakfast was good.

Great location for the train...

Liked: Does not warrant a 4star rating or price , very slow check in, arrived later than expected due to delays but still only 11:30pm and all facilities closed. Room very average and decor very tired, had coffee, tea and milk, no kettle or machine for warming water ??? Why is that ???, eventually persuaded the guy on reception to get me some hot water, even though he kept on saying that the bar was closed, not the best customer service! Also found the beds to be too firm and uncomfortable, breakfast ok

Liked: Nice location . Close the the Sants Train station. Small but updated modern rooms. Ours had a balcony but was small and not useful.

Liked: Excellent location. Easy to find when arriving by train. The staff were welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. There’s an excellent Italian restaurant in the neighbourhood.
