Lovely hotel in Santiago for...

Liked: Comfortable, clean, cozy - great place to stay in Santiago for a few nights. Close to the cathedral, food, laundromat - everything a pilgrim needs to relax and reset.
Disliked: The shower/bathroom walls were clear glass; not a problem for me, could be for some traveling with a partner.

Great hotel for a short...

Liked: Great location, very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Very secure. Staff organised a very early morning taxi for us.

Very good

Liked: The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Facing a courtyard but nice and quiet.
Disliked: Surprised the 'spa'…which was only a Jacuzzi and steam room was not included in the price. 65 euro extra for one hour.

Loved loved loved my stay.

Liked: My stay was fantastic, the room was great but most of all the reception staff were super friendly and helpful. It makes such a difference to be greeted either way such warmth
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Good location. Beautiful stone walls in the building
Disliked: You can hear noise from the street at night and early morning
