Liked: Superb location. Stylish decor.
Disliked: As former professional proprietor/managers of a tourist accommodation business ourselves, our criticism is intended to be constructive, not malicious. Our room was nicely furnished and decorated but it needs a mirror and a light on the dressing table. A full-length mirror should also be provided - easy to fit on the door or inside a wardrobe door. Bathroom lighting is rather feeble. All parts of the room and bathroom looked clean, but I had to clear a blockage in the shower drain myself before I could use it, and the clic-clac stopper on the washbasin did not work until I adjusted it. This is the type of issue you can't expect a cleaner, however thorough, to deal with. The manager should check fittings regularly - and put him/herself in the place of the guest in order to be sure that the accommodation offers the facilities that are needed for full client satisfaction. Reception and check-in, though friendly, were rather perfunctory and there was no further sighting of any staff throughout our stay.

Liked: This is an ideal place to stay if you're on a short break as everything is situated nearby.Francesca was very friendly and advised us well about how to manage our time in the city. The accommodation was clean and tidy and we just about managed to stay cool enough in the 35 degree heat!
Disliked: We were happy with our choice. The room was basic and the shower cubicle was slightly "tired", but otherwise good.
