Overall it was a nice...

Liked: The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was simple but nice.
Disliked: Using the TV could've been better, it wasn't set for local channels and was a pain in the butt to try and get the local channels. Eventually gave up trying to get the local channels. As well, the channel I wanted to watch was set to Spanish which created an issue to fix.

Liked: Very kind and helpful staff who worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable.The hotel rooms are furnished to a high standard and exceptionally comfortable and clean. The free breakfast had a large choice and was great quality.Great location with easy connections to major routes. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive
Disliked: We needed to use a safe deposit box but the in room safe was locked and could not be opened. The rooms were not soundproofed so we had noise from next door.. People walked past ground floor rooms and could see in if the shutters were not fully closed do an upper room would have been preferred

Liked: Staff was great, especially Nicholas from the front desk was super helpful with everything! Location was convenient on our way from Miami. AC worked well in the rooms, and beds were nice.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit dark, because the only windows are to the hallway. Breakfast had no fruits or other fresh things. Unfortunately the pool was not heated.
