Liked: It is in a pretty good location, the owner is fairly nice.
Disliked: The place has a weird smell to it, the owner lives there as well and kind of just keeps an eye on whenever you're doing anything, it can make it feel a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: Multiple Washrooms, clean area, lounge area, public and private rooms.
Disliked: There’s no cooling system so I had to keep the window open most of the time. Otherwise if you like warm weather in the summer it’s great.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good. Quiet in the building.
Disliked: No AC, vents or windows in our room. Hot.
