Liked: My friend and I initially booked for one night, as we were both heading off to stay with friends, however got in late from the airport. It was a lovely experience - the front desk staff were very accomodating and helpful. We got in late so were a bit bummed not to enjoy the facilities for longer; they pushed out our check out which was lovely and we were just stoked overall with our room, the pool, rooftop bar etc. Good value.

Dreadful and do NOT recommend.

Liked: We booked a two bedroom apartment six months in advance, on arrival it was not available due to 'water damage'. Veriu did contact us the day before to say 'you are 'still' located next to your friends' however they booked our 6yo into a room on her own and gave us the room next door - something they failed to tell us. Veriu were not helpful, they didn't care, and always passed the buck for responsibility. People were seen to be staying in the 'water damaged' room. Whilst i understand these things happen, it was their attitude, which really put us off. Every time we approached the reception their story changed, always some sort of excuse. We will NOT recommend this accommodation at all.
