Major disappointment. DO NOT book...

Liked: Staff was friendly, attentive.
Disliked: The hallways were FILTHY. The furniture in the rooms was beyond cheap. Our bed had no comforter or blanket, we had to request one.

Liked: Location, staff (Ariana was exceptional), cafe, and access to Vivo Beach Club was really nice!
Disliked: Music played in the pool area all night. Other than that it was a great stay for the price.

Is ok liked

Liked: I loke pool arra amazing and clean hotel
Disliked: We talk to staff to tell refrigerator dosent work and never came to change or replace. Juice and groceries all get bad.
