Avoid it
Disliked: I would not recommend this place. There is no real reception, and the phone numbers listed across platforms don’t work. The hotel operates under different names, which feels very dodgy. The room had no heating, was damp and cold, and the window didn’t close properly. The building itself is run down, and it’s clear they don’t care about returning customer just taking advantage of Sydney’s property market.

You pay for what get
Liked: You pay for what you get. A bed, basic facilities and a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment.
Disliked: The shared bathroom wasn’t the best. The place was a bit dirty.

Budget comfort for a budget...
Liked: Location. Ease of door locks (once you got the hang of it). The communal kitchen was clean and handy.
Disliked: No mattress or pillow protectors made it feel a bit icky. Shower leaked so the floor of the bathroom was always wet. No vanity or shelf to put anything in the bathroom

Roaches. Bad customer service. Never...
Disliked: Room was infested with roaches crawling everywhere. First red flag was that there was a roach trap right outside the door of the apartment so clearly they were aware of the problem but still decided to let someone stay in there. There is no front desk so good luck trying to get ahold of their outsourced customer service line. Room was the very first one right at the entrance so everytime someone entered the hotel or walked pass in the corridor you could hear them slam the front door. Ended up not staying there due to the roaches and pursuing for a refund, which has took 1 month and still counting because they have non-existent communication with booking.com regarding the refund issue. Now, after chasing up on my end with booking.com, the hotel's customer service line is yet again unattended and did not pick up to confirm the refund details with booking.com. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
