Absolutely disgusting service and support....

Liked: I ABSOLUTELY HATED every part of my experience with this company. They left me and my partner standing in the rain for 30+ minutes at 8:00pm on our anniversary because they wouldn't answer any of the mobile numbers provided for check in.
Disliked: I don't like the fact that the won't refund me. They didn't provide us access to the property. We were told we would get a code for the door at 3pm, I messaged them shortly after this and we were met with 'Customer service jargon' for the next 3-4 hours on and off. Eventually we go to the hotel at about 8:00pm and after standing in the pouring with no cover calling both the numbers provided on the door more than 6 times each, we decided to go to another hotel. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

Liked: Good location at the end of Pyrmont Bridge
Disliked: No heating. Very old building. Bathroom window did not close properly. Shower was poor and could not use any cold water in it as it swamped the small amount of hot water.Sent a message regarding the heating and got no response

Liked: Just the whole experience of the code for the Hotel door, and room was so simple... We were at an event so all we needed was a room for the night... it was perfect, quiet and a clean bathroom!

Disliked: Room was freezing cold - window permanently fixed open and no heating. Uncovered drain hole in the middle of the en-suite.

Disliked: Trying to communicate with staff was impossible at times.Couldn't even drop our luggage off prior to entry cause they would answer the phone.No heating, some windows could shut or were broken with cardboard in them.One blanket per bed, it was freezing.Shower didn't work at all. Had to use a communal shower with no locks on the door.

Disliked: Was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, very unclean, unhygienic, and property security was dreadful. Literally walked straight into building and room no bother. Sheets were so thin you could see the stained mattress underneath. Dirt and stains throughout. Bathroom was very unclean and dirty, feared for my belongings safety. No amenities at all and seemingly strict rules for a place in the state it was in.

Poor
