Uncomfortable, unable to warm up...

Liked: The photos are very misleading.
Disliked: No heating! It was a bitterly cold wet windy day and no heating made for a very uncomfortable visit.

Location, location, loca tion. if...

Liked: The property was in the best location. Darling Harbour, walking distance to the Light rail, the CBD and many many more attractions.Used What’s App to converse with the hotel staff they responded with in minutes. Very helpful/grateful.
Disliked: Obviously for the price the room was very basic. Bed, bathroom included toilet, hand basin and shower. No frills, however all the necessities for a short stay.

Disliked: Shower curtain had mould on itThe blind fell downThe pillows were two dollars from KmartHad to walk up 10 flights of stairs to get thereThere was no bottom sheet. It was just a thin paper sheet for the bed.

Disliked: Not impressed at all, it should be advertised that it isn’t suitable for Families, We couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. They had booked our 2 rooms in seperate floors when I requested them to be near each other. We couldn’t even sleep there because there was a horrible smell as soon as you walked in the door, throughout whole building. And not to mention the mouse trap and bait as soon as you walk in the door. Disgusting. We have stayed at plenty of budget hotels before, never seen anything like it. I asked for a refund and they won’t give me one. Very disappointing.

Liked: Staff were helpful and location was convenient.
Disliked: Images on advertisement are not the images of the room we received. Bathroom images are EXTREMELY different. Bathroom facilities very poor, not private and NOT in room. My 74 yo mother was scared to have a shower. Not suitable for children or the elderly, perhaps backpackers only. Sheets & doona did not fit bed. No heating in middle of winter, window open and unable to be closed due to air-con hose. No extra bedding / blankets available. Window blind could not be closed. No milk available for a cup of tea. Overpriced for what is received.
